2023 NLN CNEA Pre-Summit Workshop

The National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA) held an in-person workshop at the 2023 NLN Summit on September 28, 2023 at National Harbor, MD. The workshop titled "Fostering Program Success: Leading Quality Improvement Actions to Enhance Program Outcomes" had diverse participants with varying nursing experiences, roles, and perspectives. We were so happy to learn alongside these caring and extraordinary nurse educators.
During the Escape Room, the follow topics were covered:
- Scope of the Problem: Challenges in Nursing and Higher Education
- Assessing the Problem: Elements to Consider and How to Make a Targeted Action Plan
- Tackling the Problem: Addressing Program Outcome Concerns (such as, Preceptorships, Faculty Outcomes, Licensure/Certification Pass Rates, Completion Rates, Satisfaction Rates, Graduate Employment Rates)
